We will send your request plus your name, email, phone number, and other details you provide to us when you contact us. It is important to make it clear to us if you do not want us to forward your details. Our default approach is to send only the details the company needs to respond fully but in some cases this may be full set of your name, address, email, social media IDs, phone number, DOB, and other identifying information.

In some cases we need to send these details in order for the company to respond to your request.

If for any reason you do not want us to forward your details please just let us know. We respect your right to privacy and will not share your details with anyone. This will make it very difficult to progress your request but we will endeavour to resolve any issues. Complaint. We will raise your concerns with the company involved and update our knowledge base where possible with information relating to their response. This information will be anonymised. We will also contact you directly with their response.

Subject Access Request. It will be impossible to progress a Subject Access Request without providing any of your details. If you want us to restrict the data we send to the company please let us know and we will respect your request and send only the data you authorise. This may limit the data the company is able to send, the company can also request additional data, this may slow down your response or limit the data they provide. You can ask the company for a copy of their Subject Access Request policy - we will send this request to them and forward the response to you.

Data Breach. Where you suspect any sort of data breach you can raise this with us - we will then forward your request and contact details to the company and ask them to investigate and respond to you directly. If you prefer you can ask us not to send your details - we will still make the request to the company on your behalf and send you their response.

Any Other Data Issue. If you have any sort of issue or concern you can raise this with us - we will then forward your request and contact details to the company and ask them to investigate and respond to you directly. If you prefer you can ask us not to send your details - we will still make the request to the company on your behalf and send you their response.

It is important to make it clear to us if you do not want us to forward your details. Our default approach is to send only the details the company needs to respond fully. We will always respect your rights and protect your privacy.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), Article 14 sets out the rules for companies outside Switzerland that process personal data of individuals in Switzerland. These companies must designate a representative in Switzerland who can act as the point of contact for data subjects and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Article 14 says:

1. Private controllers of data and federal bodies with their domicile or registered office abroad must designate a representative in Switzerland if they process personal data of persons in Switzerland, and the processing is:

1. related to offering goods or services to individuals in Switzerland, or

2. involves monitoring the behaviour of individuals in Switzerland.

2. The obligation does not apply if the processing is only occasional, does not involve large-scale processing of sensitive personal data or high-risk profiling, and is unlikely to result in a risk to the personality rights of the data subjects.

3. The representative must be established in Switzerland.

4. The representative acts as the point of contact for data subjects and the FDPIC on all matters related to data processing and compliance with the FADP.

5. The designation of a representative does not affect the responsibility or liability of the controller or processor abroad.
